Hotel Update - January 19, 2025.
The host hotel (Hyatt Regency) is sold out for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of TBRU. There are still some rooms available on Friday and Saturday.
We are adding a new overflow hotel. You can book there or make a split reservation at both hotels and move to the host as soon as the room frees up.
We apologize for this but the event has seen a very large number of attendees and people booked very early this year to make sure they had a room at the host hotel.
TBRU will have a shuttle from our two overflow hotels to the host hotel Thursday through Sunday of TBRU.
Overflow hotel reservations are being set up now and will be online the week of January 27th (if not sooner).

Registration Information:
Attendees are responsible for their personal behavior and their personal health. Under the advice of your physician - you are encouraged to have appropriate vaccinations, take personal precautions, etc.
VERY IMPORTANT:
1. EMAIL ADDRESS - Each Attendee must complete their own individual registration - with their own personal email address. (we encourage you to not use employer email addresses)
2. FORM OF PAYMENT IN YOUR NAME - Due to credit card fraud, experience with relationship/friendship changes, etc., each attendee must register with a payment card in the attendee's name - even if you are a couple. If the attendee's name and payment card's name do not match - the system may decline as fraud and cancel your registration.
REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE
How are registration fees determined? The event must pay for itself. The Dallas Bears work hard to keep costs as low as possible. Expenses are high for a large event in a convention hotel like TBRU. Dallas Bears seeks sponsorships and holds other fundraising events so that the event is a 'party with a purpose' to benefit our three charities.
The registration fee includes entry to all private events, our Texas-sized hospitality room with complimentary beverages, entertainment, Mr. TBRU contest, daytime shows, classes, shirt/cap, Saturday dinner, Sunday BBQ, receptions, affinity group gatherings, and much more. As always, your registration fee includes one of our largest expenses - our generous transportation/shuttle buses to local sponsor bars/venues. (Excursions are an add-on event with additional fees. BearDance is an add-on event with our friends of the BearDance Crew - there is an additional fee for this event. Both our events support the three charities).
NEW, this year, the registration also includes the Saturday night entertainment. (no separate fee)
Additionally, the Vendor Market is open to the public for those those of legal age.
